name: your own name

email: please fill this part out

character's name: Something descriptive. Ex. Rainfall, Cutter, Dewshine. Please don't use any ElfQuest names.

soulname: A secret name that almost no one knows. It describes your character in one word. Please keep it fairly short.

age: check out CIS help for this

gender: this should be easy

position: check out CIS help for this

hair color: Brown, silver, blonde, red, orange, and black are acceptable. It can also be tinted blue or green.

hair style: Whether your character wears their hair down, up, or whatever. You can also put their hair texture (curly, straight, wavy, etc.) here

eyes: Brown, green, violet, blue, and gold are acceptable.

skin shade: pale, fair, and slightly tan are most common

build: optional

clothing: Tell me what your character likes to wear. Mention their top, bottom, shoes. 

jewelry: optional

weapon(s): These are acceptable: sword, bow and arrows, knives, daggers, and axes. You may give them a name, but that's optional.

mother: If you can't think of anyone, you can leave this open. 

father: same as above

sibling(s): same as above

lifemate: You can change this later. Just put not yet if you're planning on doing it later.

lovemate(s): You can leave this open too. A lovemate is similar to a human boyfriend or girlfriend.

pup(s): You can change this later. 

recognized: This is determined by the holt mistress. Just put not yet here and it can be changed later. 

friends: You can make this open. 

other: Any cousins, uncles, aunts, etc? Remember, they can become Adoptables. Also keep in mind that every member can only have 3 Adoptables.

talents/skills: Every elf has to be good at something, whether it's climbing trees, drawing, singing, etc.

magic: check the CIS help page for this

likes: what does your character like?

dislikes: what do they dislike?

fears: what are they afraid of?

personality: please be fairly thorough with this

history: only important events, please
